Ironpad Terms of Use
These terms apply to both versions of Ironpad — for iPhone and for Android. Where the platforms differ, the paragraph is labelled.
The app is free
Ironpad is provided free of charge and “as is”. By using the app you accept these terms.
A diary, not an adviser
The app stores the numbers you enter. It gives no medical, dietary or training recommendations, makes no diagnoses and is no substitute for a doctor or a coach. Decisions about training load and nutrition are yours; if in doubt, consult a professional.
Backups
iPhone
A copy of your data is kept by iCloud, and only while it is enabled in the phone’s settings. With iCloud off, records live on this phone only and are lost with it or with the app.
Android
A copy of your data is kept by Google backup, and only while it is enabled in the phone’s settings. That mechanism is run by Google, not by the developer. With backup off, records live on this phone only and are lost with it or with the app.
Liability
The app is provided without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from the use of the app or from loss of data.
Apple’s agreement
Apps from the App Store are additionally covered by Apple’s standard licence agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Google Play terms
Apps from Google Play are additionally covered by the Google Play Terms of Service: play.google.com/about/play-terms/
Changes
These terms may be updated together with new versions of the app. Updated 23 August 2026. Developer: DMITRY ALEKSEENKO, hello.appdesk@gmail.com.
